Hello and Greetings ESK8ers!
Our updated estimate for the release and availability of the SHOCBOX and the TRICK-STICK is now early to mid 2025. We have been diligent and busy getting ready for the volume production process which includes several manufacturers; however, a different production facility is now required for the fabrication of the Torsion Spring component which has delayed our projected inventory until after the New Year. Thank you so much to everyone for continued interest and patience while we continue to progress toward the official first available inventory.

WARRANTY
In the unlikely event that there is a defect on a Shoc Board Systems product, please contact us at shocboardsystemsorders@gmail.com so we can help,
Shoc Board Systems branded products are protected against manufacturer defects during normal and intended use for 90 days. The warranty will be voided for products damaged by exposure to moisture, misuse or if the products have been modified.
Warranty claims are valid to the original owner of the parts only.
If a warranty claim is made, and accepted by Shoc Board Systems, Shoc Board Systems will issue a replacement of equal or better condition or make the repair.
If a repair is necessary to an international customer, Shoc Board Systems will supply guidance to complete the repair if applicable.
