A QUICK MESSAGE TO PROVIDE AN UPDATE ABOUT OUR 2025 INVENTORY AVAILABILITY ESTIMATE:

Hello and Greetings ESK8ers!

We have been diligent and busy getting ready for the volume production process which determined our previous estimate for the consumer release and availability of the SHOCBOX and the TRICK-STICK targeting late 2025, however, that estimate is now NOT a confident estimation because our progress toward production has been completely halted due to the current US tariff/s implementation. Meanwhile, we are seeking a solution to the constraints and prohibitive costs of the sudden tariff schedule which will enable us to continue advancing toward available inventory. Once ( or perhaps if ) US tariff policy changes such that we can resume our manufacturing process, we will further update our estimate at that time. We thank you so much for continuing interest – we really can’t wait to have these available for everyone!

Refund policy

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shocboardsystemsorders@gmail.com. Once contacted, we will provide the address for returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all items returned.

Deliveries that are refused are considered an unauthorized return.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Within 48 hours of delivery, please contact us at shocboardsystemsreturns.com with the details of both product and damage.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

For orders that were shipped to customers in the United States, we will cover the cost of shipping on returns. 

For orders shipped internationally, if the item is not defective, the customer is responsible for shipping.  If the item is damaged, we will reimburse the customer for shipping in the form of store credit.

We recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking when returning an item.  Please, return items in original package to avoid damaged during shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to a 4% credit card processing fee that is nonrefundable once the order has been placed.
